1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Maidenhead is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Maidenhead and across the UK. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmacy law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet our eligibility criteria or where treatment would not be clinically appropriate.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Approval

All prescription medicines supplied by us require approval from a qualified prescriber. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Our pharmacist or prescriber will review your medical information and may decline to prescribe if it is not safe or appropriate to do so.

You must provide accurate and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information is dangerous to your health and may constitute a criminal offence. We accept no liability for harm arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

Prescriptions are valid for use only through our pharmacy and cannot be transferred unless required by law.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We do not store your full payment card details. Transactions are processed through a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Delivery

Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service.

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather, courier delays, or public holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date but will notify you of any significant delays where possible.

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive medications where applicable. We accept no liability for items that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or inaccessible delivery address provided by you.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via our website or email.

Once a prescription has been issued and the order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for reasons of patient safety, in accordance with UK law. Refunds in these circumstances will not be issued.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
